If you cannot find a solution in Troubleshooting or Known Problems, please advise us by email quoting the following information: The form or report number (in top left hand corner for form (Fnnn format) and bottom left for reports (Rnnnn)); Any error number displayed (please note that error numbers > 10,000 are generated by Independence™ to indicate that invalid data has been entered). Any other information which may be useful in diagnosis.
