Developed a Process Modelling tool  which allowed process diagrams to be drawn in MS Visio. Visio was then automated from within MS Access so that the diagrams could be analysed and compared with information within the database to cost the processes. Automation of Excel was also used to export the data.

This technique can be used to analyse any Visio diagrams.

AACE is an engineering consultancy specialising in airworthiness.

Developed Data Capture application running on Handheld Barcode Scanners. The application was written in eMbedded Visual Basic and interfaced via a workstation application with the Tranman Fleet Management Package.  
                                                                              
Other systems developed included:

• tracking of high value items;
• keeping a catalogue of digital pictures of equipment types;
• producing reports from COTS package using ODBC.

Developed Requirements Management System to manage very large MoD contract.
Collate and cleanse data from MoD.

Developed systems to track deliverables received from main contractor of LITS project.

Developed system to record full details of over 150 existing systems to be replaced.
