What you are buying

You purchase a licence to use the software on a single PC for a single company. The product allows for more than one employee of the same company. You can either buy a licence outright or buy an annual subscription.

As with any other software product, Independence is sold as is.
It is not guaranteed to be fault-free, although we have used our best endeavours to make it so. We will also make every effort to correct any faults which come to light.

Ordering and Payment Procedure

Payment terms are strictly cash with order; please contact us and we will send you a pro forma invoice or just send a cheque for the above amount with your company name, address, email etc.

We do not accept credit cards as this is a company rather than a private purchase; company cheques will, of course, be accepted.

The cheque will not be presented until the goods are dispatched.

A full VAT invoice will be sent separately from the goods as an advice of dispatch. Please advise us if the goods have not arrived within 14 days.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, simply return it postage paid within 60 days for a refund.
