Reports |

Independence provides a wide range of reports on all aspects of the business. They are grouped on the appropriate form e.g. Contract reports on the 'Contract' form. These reports can be either printed straight away or previewed on screen first, then all or selected pages can be printed. Examples of reports are:
When required, all reports may be exported in snapshot (.snp), word processing (.rtf) or spreadsheet (.xls) formats.

 Most reports have a selection criteria form, where the amount of data can be carefully selected each time that a report is requested. As the parameters are entered, the number of records selected is displayed; if it goes down to zero, the 'print' and 'preview' buttons will be greyed out. An example is shown on the left (click to enlarge) In the example, because a particular VAT quarter has been selected, Financial Year is no longer appropriate as a criterion, so is greyed out.
